The Economist Intelligence Unit (EIU) just announced its annual Worldwide Cost of Living index for 2021, which lists the most expensive and cheapest cities to live in the world. Kyiv takes the 88th place. This year, the capital of Ukraine moved up 13 places in the ranking, which is one of the biggest changes in the ranking for the year as a whole.

Travel organization European Best Destinations has recently named The Most Beautiful Christmas Trees in Europe. Ukraine's main Christmas tree located at St. Sophia Square in Kyiv has entered the top ten most beautiful Christmas trees and has been ranked seventh.

Kyiv has risen 22 positions in the ranking of cities in the world in terms of cost of living, which is prepared by the Economist Intelligence Unit, the analytical division of the Economist Group.
