Go-A music band with the Ukrainian-language song "Nightingale" won the national selection for Eurovision and will represent Ukraine at the international song competition on May 12-16 in the city of Rotterdam, Netherlands.
Go-A is a Ukrainian electro-folk band that combines modern dance bits with authentic folk vocals, electric guitars and African drums. The band has existed since 2012. Vocalist Kateryna Pavlenko uses authentic vocal technique, that is, one that was used directly by folk singers in villages.
