Ten Ukrainian boxers were included in the list of the 1000 best boxers in the history of boxing, and two of them - heavyweights Volodymyr Klychko and Oleksandr Usyk - were included in the first hundred, according to the reputable sports portal World Boxing News. Volodymyr Klychko took 37th place, and Oleksandr Usyk took the 100th place.
The leader in the ranking is 42-year-old American Floyd Mayweather. Also, Filipino Manny Pacquiao and Argentine Carlos Monzon were included in top three. Vitaliy Klychko was in 139th place, Vasyl Lomachenko - in 113th. Five more Ukrainians were included in the list of 1000 boxers in history: Viktor Postol (354th), Louis ‘Kid’ Kaplan (379th), Sergiy Derevyanchenko (808th), Vyacheslav Glazkov (933th), Vladimir Sidorenko (960- d).
