On December 6-8, the International Festival of Guitar Music, one of the most exquisite events of the 156th concert season of the National Philharmonic of Ukraine, will take place in Kyiv. The event will include guitar music from different eras: from baroque classics to modern composers.
This year, the world famous guitarists, like the duo of the Spanish Sevilla guitarists Francisco Bernier and Antonio Duro, Italian Pierluigi Clemente and Japanese Koki Fujimoto, will participate in the festival. The Kyiv Chamber Orchestra, the Academic Symphony Orchestra of the National Philharmonic of Ukraine and one of the prominent representatives of the Ukrainian guitar school, Honored Artist of Ukraine, soloist of the National Philharmonic of Ukraine Andrii Ostapenko will also take part in the festival.
