On November 8, “Atlantis”, directed by Valentyn Vasyanovych, won the Grand Prix at the 26th Minsk International Film Festival “Listapad”. Recently, the film could win awards at the Venice Film Festival and at the Tokyo International Festival.
“Atlantis” shows the consequences of Ukrainian-Russian war and the future victory of Ukraine. It also destroys the myth about the industrial Donbas at the level of the industrial landscape and the human dimension. The film will be released in Ukraine in 2020.
