Ukraine has signed a memorandum with one of the largest cryptocurrency exchanges in the world - Binance, which is going to open its office by 2020. This is reported by Ukrinform, referring to Vice Prime Minister - Minister of Digital Transformation of Ukraine Mykhailo Fedorov.
Minister noted that the visit of the Binance cryptocurrency exchange is a strong driver for the development of the cryptocurrency in Ukraine in terms of cryptocurrency legalization.
It should be mentioned that the cryptocurrency exchange Binance is one of the largest cryptocurrency exchanges in the world. Binance daily trading volume in accordance with the date of April 2018 is almost $ 1.5 billion. The exchange was founded in 2017 by Changpeng Zhao, who previously headed the blockchain.com development department, and is the co-founder of OKCoin and the founder of the BijieTech cloud data exchange project. In this regard, Binance enjoys immense trust in cryptocurrency. In July 2017, the ICO of Binance Crypto Exchange took place. Binance Coin (BNB), its own currency, was issued. One of the key benefits of Binance is the lowest commission among the exchanges - it is fixed and stands at 0.05% per transaction.
