Do you love the beach, festivals and fun? On August 4, the beach patrol invites everyone to the third Kyiv Lifeguard Fest 2019, which will be held at the Hydropark on Venice Beach. The highlight of the festival is a beach race in flippers.
The festival's program includes Olympic beach games, lifeguard training, various master classes, kayaking, surfing, children's activities and more. In addition, a traditional run in flippers DUCK RUN 2019 will be held within the framework of the event.
“Every year in August, the day comes when we come to the beach, put on our flippers and pick up a yellow inflatable duck. And then - to start - attention - march! And we run 50 m on the beach and 50 m on the water and at the same time it is necessary not to lose or damage the duck," it is said in the message.
The festival starts at 10:00, the race will take place at 16:00. Free entrance.
