A new tourist route has just appeared in the historic center of Ukraine’s capital, according to Vechirniy Kyiv.
The route starts from Landscape Alley (Peizazhna Aleya), runs through the Andrew’s Descent and Alley of Artists. The key part of the route is a new pedestrian bicycle bridge with a panoramic landscape on the Dnipro river and the left bank. The route is going to be continued to Kyiv-Pechersk Lavra.
Recently, the Mayor of Kyiv Vitaliy Klytschko opened an updated Alley of Artists, which has got a wooden promenade and observation decks with picturesque panoramic landscapes, as well as a beautiful fence and a decorative illumination.
A new pedestrian-bicycle bridge connecting the People's Friendship Arch and Saint Volodymyr Hill was opened in the capital at the end of May.
