Kyiv Boryspil Express trains transported more than 300,000 passengers between the capital of Ukraine and the Boryspil airport, ‘Ukrzaliznytsia’ reported. Traveling to Ukraine is getting more accessible.
On 10 May, the company launched double express trains, which consist of two diesel rail buses PESA 620M. The need to launch a train with an additional carriage arose because of the growing demand from travelers at peak summer periods.
Kyiv Boryspil Express trains started running regularly on November 30, 2018 between the Kyiv Central Railway Station and the Boryspil airport with an intermediate stop at the Darnytsia station. The one-way ticket costs 80 UAH (approx. 3 USD). Around 27 round-way trips are performed by the trains every day. Due to Kyiv Boryspil Express running, it is easy to get to Kiev from Boryspil International Airport.
